Wildflower (micro)

For couples who do all the planning but want a small intimate wedding or Event, this package is for you!!

What's included:

-Up to 5 Hours on wedding day, with rehearsal (optional if able)

- At least a 1 in-person meet or zoom meeting (if needed)

- Unlimited contact via phone, texting and email

- Full Set up and tear down of the event

- Detailed timeline creation

- Timeline management

- Vendor coordination

- Venue walk through (if possible)

- Fully stocked wedding day emergency kit

Starting at $500

Moonbeam (Day-of)

For couples who do all the planning, but need a little help and then to execute the big day or event

What's included:

- Up to 10 hours on wedding day with rehearsal

- Unlimited contact via phone, texting and email

- Up to 2 in-person meet or zoom meeting (if needed)

- Full set up and tear down of the event (Will included a design help guide for best fitting)

- Detailed timeline creation

- Timeline management

- Vendor coordination

- Venue walk through

- Vendor recommendations

- Hotel booking and transportation

- Fully stocked wedding day emergency kit

Starting at $800

Sun-Kissed (Partial)

For couples that need a bit more help and guidance with planning and then someone to execute the day!

What’s included:

- Up to 12 hours on wedding day with rehearsal

- Unlimited contact via phone, texting and email

- Up to 3 in-person meet or zoom meeting(if needed)

- Full set up and tear down of the event

- Detailed timeline creation

- Timeline management

- Vendor coordination

- Venue walk through

- Vendor recommendations

- Design layout, floor plan of ceremony and reception, seating charts, tracking RSVPS along with dinner choices, help with the save the date and the invitations

- Contract reviews

- Hotel booking and transportation

- Marriage license help

- Fully stocked wedding day emergency kit

Starting at $1,600

Evermore (Full)

For couples that need a lot to all the help into planning their wedding, well we are here for you and to do all of it, so you don't have to do!

What's included:

- Up to 12 hours on wedding day with rehearsal (up to 2 hours on rehearsal)

- Start working with you the moment the contract is signed

- Unlimited contact email, phone or text and with meetings

- Up to 4-5 in person meets or zoom meetings (if needed)

- Establish a Budget and keep track of budget

- Full set up and tear down of the event

- Detailed timeline creation along with a wedding day checklist

- Timeline management

- Vendor coordination

- Venue walk-through

- Marriage License help

-Establish a priorities list/timeline schedule for keeping planning on course

- Vendor recommendations

- Design layout, floor plan of ceremony and reception, seating charts, tracking RSVPS along with dinner choices, help with the save the date and the invitations

- Help with setting up and putting together the party favors

- Send timeline to All vendors a week or so prior to wedding

- Set up any appointments such as hair, makeup and such and be available for any or all meetings

Shoot for the stars (Build your own package)

This is for couples that only need certain items to achieve your big day, this package is amazing you can build and customize it to fit your needs and budget! (NOTE: travel is not included)

Decor setup and tear down

Starting at $40/hr

Full set up and tear down of decor. (such as tables, centerpieces, seating chart, flower set up, any signage that needs displayed, ect.)

Timeline creation with time management on-site on the day

Starting at $45/hr

Needing help with how to manage the time to get all your wants and needs into place without all the fuss! Need me on site to help you stay on schedule! Pick the hours and I'm there!!

Venue walk through with guidance

Starting at $35/hr

This is for ones that want help with layouts and needing help to ask questions at the venue to get the most knowledge and benefits the most from on knowing the finer details!
